So the question really is, 'what will xPM™ do for you in the context of the Business Foundation?'

The Business Foundation xPM™ cycle is used in every context of the Business Foundation after the Discovery Session has been completed and the Lift-Off's set in motion. We look at the initiatives that need to be put in place, the Performance Markers that support the strategic objectives that need to be tracked, and place those Performance Markers in context of the xPM™ cycle.

In other words, each and every Performance Marker, critical to executing upon the Strategic Objectives, is taken through its paces so to speak, through the xPM™ cycle. Only then can the organization truly execute against their Strategic Objectives and become a 'learning organization' where lessons learned can be fed back into the system and performance be improved.
